Kelcie Nutile is a native of Itasca, a small suburb outside of Chicago, IL. She recently completed a BFA degree in Theatre Design and Technology at Illinois Wesleyan University in May of 2017. She is currently working as the professional properties intern at Nashville Repertory Theatre in Nashville, Tennessee for the 2017-2018 season. Her concentrations include lighting design and stage electrics as well as scenic production and stage management. She is looking to join an amazing team of creative artists in the theatre industry.

Inherit the Wind
Sound Board Operator & Electrician
While working as Nashville Repertory Theatre’s professional properties intern, Kelcie was given the opportunity to work on the crew for the season’s productions. She is currently working as the sound board operator for Inherit the Wind. Before taking on the position as the sound board operator for the run of the show, she worked as an electrician on the light hang and focus for Inherit the Wind.
FCDC 2017: Momentum Dance Concert
Lighting Designer
Kelcie recently served as one of the lighting designers for the 2017 Faculty Choreographed Dance Concert: Momentum at Illinois Wesleyan University’s School of Theatre Arts. She worked directly with a choreographer to create a cohesive composition with lighting for each dance piece. Kelcie was thrilled to combine her love of dance and storytelling through light with this unique opportunity.
